COMMUNITY FITNESS PROGRAM WAIVER
Welcome to KFNC’s free Community Fitness Program! Before we get started, please READ AND ACKNOWLEDGE the following:
1. Participation and Medical Conditions:
By participating in the Community Fitness Program:
a) You confirm that you are in good health and have consulted with a medical professional if you have any pre-existing conditions or concerns; and
b) You acknowledge that the Community Fitness Program involves physical activity that carries a risk of injury. You agree to participate at your own pace and listen to your body.
2. Assumption of Risk:
By participating in the Community Fitness Program you assume all risks related to your participation. This includes any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of your participation.
3. Waiver of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Kyneton Football Netball Club Inc. and the organisers, instructors, and associated parties of the Community Fitness Program from any claims, liabilities, or expenses that may arise from your participation in the Community Fitness Program
4. Personal Responsibility:
You agree:
a) to follow the instructions provided by the fitness instructor and to use any equipment safely and responsibly; and
b) that if you feel any discomfort or pain during the class, you will immediately stop and seek medical attention if necessary.
5. Photo and Video Release:
By participating in the Community Fitness Program, you consent to the use of any photos or videos taken during the session for promotional purposes.
